Studio360 strives to maintain a positive learning environment for its students. Please be courteous in your dealings with our teachers, staff and fellow dance families. Parents displaying disrespectful or inflammatory behavior or conduct will be asked to leave the studio and such behavior may result in the discharge of their child from classes at Studio360. Bullying, harassment and intimidation of fellow dancers will not be tolerated. Any such behavior on the part of a student may result in dismissal from the class and ultimately in suspension from the studio.

Studio360 Requests the following from all students and families:

The 2025-2026 dance season is one season that lasts all school year. This means our 2025-2026 season will run from September 8th, 2025 - May 29th, 2026. The recital will be held on May 30th & 31st, 2026.

Registration

Please read the following sections carefully as some policies and procedures may have changed to accommodate having one longer season rather than two short seasons as in previous years.

Registration:

Registration for the 2025-2026 season will open to the public online on August 1, 2025.

Dancers are able to add or change classes throughout the season as availability permits. Enrollment for the season closes February 1st and all class changes must be made prior to this.

All dancers must confirm if they are participating in our 2026 recital or not by January 1, 2026. Dancers joining after Jan. 1st will need to confirm upon signup. Students participating will be required to pay additional recital fees to cover costs and have consistent attendance to learn their dance. Students opting out of recital participation will not incur additional fees and are welcome to continue attending class with the understanding that class time will be focused on learning and practicing a recital dance that they will not have an official place/role in.

Dropping a class: In order to drop a class / stop subsequent charges, a parent must email the studio directly. Charges will not stop until we have received email confirmation.

If you wish to unenroll from dance class at any point, any future tuition that has been paid will be refunded at 100%. Tuition for days that have passed will not be refunded, even if your dancer did not attend those dates.

If you unenroll from a class after January 31, 2026 and had previously confirmed your dancer was participating in recital, you will be charged a drop fee of $50. In addition to a drop fee you will not be refunded more than 50% of your recital fees.

Tuition & Fees:

A non refundable registration fee of $25 per class is required at the time of registration to reserve your dancers place in class. Failure to pay registration fees will result in your dancer being dropped from class and their place may be given to another student.

Enrollment in auto pay is required to make monthly payments. Monthly tuition will be posted to accounts on the 15th of each month with the balance due on the 1st of the following month. Payments can be made in advance by card, cash or check, however all unpaid balances on the 1st of the month will be charged to the card on file when autopay runs (Sep. 1, Oct. 1, Nov. 1, Dec. 1, Jan. 1, Feb. 1, Mar. 1, Apr. 1, May 1).

If you wish to pay all tuition for the season up front please contact Morgan via email.

Tuition Late Fee Policy: All tuition is due by the 1st of the month. Below is our late tuition policy.

  • Tuition not paid by the 3rd of the month will receive a reminder email to the email on file.

  • Tuition not paid by the 7th of the month will incur a 5% late fee.

  • Tuition not paid by the 10th of the month will result in dancer not being admitted to class.

Policies Continued

Student Check in, Drop Off & Pick Up: Doors will open 15 minutes before first scheduled class of the day. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your class time, and leave within 15 minutes after class is done. We have quick turnover times between classes, so this helps with parking lot and lobby congestion.
Please check in at the front desk at every class. This helps us to take attendance each day. Please alert us if someone other than the adult doing drop off will be doing pick up.

Class Tardiness Policy:
We understand that majority of our dancers do not drive themselves to class and that there are a number of unforeseen reasons to be late. However, dancers arriving to class late is disruptive to those in class but even more importantly, dancers missing warmup is dangerous, increasing their risk of injury. If you have prior knowledge of a planned tardy or a special circumstance, please call us at 360-504-2554. Please respect the following policy:

45 minute classes
If a student is more than 15 minutes late, they will not be admitted into class that day. Students of this age will not be able to sit and observe.

Hour + classes
If a student is 10 minutes late, they will need to wait until the end of the current exercise before entering and will have to do an individual warm up before rejoining the class.
If a student is 20 minutes or more late, they can join the class but will only be able observe that day.

Parent / Viewing: We ask for quiet, respectful behavior in our viewing areas. Large numbers of people can make the lobby chaotic so we ask for your discretion in this matter.

Attendance: Students should strive for their best attendance year-round. For students to participate in any performances they must attend regularly. We understand that absences do happen due to illness / unforeseen circumstances and ask that you please notify the studio via email as soon as possible if a student will be absent.

Inclement Weather: Studio360 will follow PASD in regards to closure due to inclement weather. In the situation where schools do not close but weather creates unsafe conditions, Studio360 will alert parents via email and social media of closures. Makeup days are not scheduled for weather closures unless we miss multiple of the same class days in a row (ie 2 Mondays in a row canceled, a make-up will be scheduled.) No refunds will be issued for canceled classes due to inclement weather.

Sick Policy: In the event that your child becomes ill, please have the courtesy to keep them home. We understand the desire to make it to class, but dance requires students to be in good physical standing, as well as the potential for germs to spread to students and staff. If a student is vomiting, running a fever, has diarrhea, or any other symptoms, please keep them home until they are free of these symptoms for at least 24 hours. Should a student fall ill during class, parent / emergency contact will be made if necessary. We do not offer make-up classes due to illness of students.
Our expectation is that students only come to class when fully symptom free. We do not offer make-up classes due to illness of students. Should a teacher be ill and no one else is available to cover their class(es), a make-up class will be scheduled, or your account will be credited for the canceled class.

Unforeseen Closures: Should the need for studio closure due to Covid-19 or any other unforeseen circumstance arise, Studio360 will go to a virtual or outdoor platform only through the duration of the current session. No refunds will be given if we are forced to close our doors. Potential for credits / future class applications will be decided at the discretion of the studio pending the specifics of the situation.

Class Preparation:
Please remember that proper dress code is something that your student needs every week. Hair should be up and away from the face for all classes. We recommend a dance bag to hold hair ties, a water bottle, and bobby pins. We want our students to be responsible; part of that is coming to class prepared!
NO DANCE SHOES ARE TO BE WORN OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO and no street shoes on the dance floor. Visit our dancewear store, Maggie’s Dancewear to help meet your dress code needs!
